What IconCraft is
IconCraft is an AI icon generator for app developers. You describe what your app does and the tool returns several icon directions, or you upload an existing logo and it builds the icon around your brand. It is aimed at people who need a usable icon quickly and have no design background. New users get free credit to test the output.
What you can do with it
- Turn a short app description into a set of icon options.
- Upload a logo so the generated icon matches your existing brand.
- Use a style reference to steer the look of the result.
- Download icons that are formatted for both iOS and Android.
Who it is for
Indie developers and startups shipping a first app, entrepreneurs who need a launch icon without hiring a designer, and freelancers producing icons for several clients. It also suits anyone who simply wants a decent icon and has no design software.
What to watch out for
The free credit is a one-time trial rather than a standing free allowance, and pricing for extra credits can change. Results track how clearly you describe the app, so vague briefs produce vague icons. As with any small AI tool, verify the site is reachable and the pricing is current before you build a launch plan around it. Generated suggestions are for reference only, so verify anything that affects professional judgment or important data. Start with a small sample to confirm the output meets your expectations before processing the full batch.
